Woron is a strong respect for the people they work with, and works with various family owned businnesses. Their factories in Italy and Turkey are GOTs certified, meaning they have high standards both when it comes to environment and people. The brand mainly produces in a factory in Hungary that is ÖkoTex certified amongst other standard certifications like the ISO 9001. The factory offers their workers higher wages than the standard minimum wage (5-20% higher depending on the position, demand etc.)
