J&R promotes ethical labor by working with their supplier Stanley & Stella: the entire manufacturing process is a global leader in ethical/sustainable fashion and specifically for ethical labor

J and R is size-inclusive as their sizes range from XS to XXL

They are a small business with 5 employees

J&R supports communities by donating 6% of all sales to children in need through a network of NGOs and at times private donations. These include for the most part: Doctors without Borders, UNICEF, and St Jude Children's Cancer Center. Donations also occasionally include smaller NGOs for the children of Yemen during the unpreceded war and famine they are facing and the children of Beirut that were affected by the large explosion in 2020
