I’m just one person, but wanted to share my experience with some of their items. I have two items in particular that are not nearly as durable as I would have expected. The first item that began to show unexpected wear was my Checkered Tent Midi Dress. The shoulder seams began to tear, even with normal wear. Luckily I was able to repair this damage myself, but I expected better craftsmanship for a $200+ dress. The most disappointing example is the Mid Leather Chelsea Boot sole splitting after just over a year of wear. I contacted Ganni about a potential defect and they basically said it’s not their fault. I hoped investing $495 into a pair of boots would mean a high quality, but unfortunately they are totally unwearable after using them for 1 year and 2 months. I will be taking them to a cobbler to see if they can save them from the landfill, but otherwise they will be going into the trash. Ganni’s designs are cute and unique, but unfortunately the quality and durability is not there for me. I will no longer be shopping at Ganni until they can improve the durability of their products.
