Time requirements: 3h/week for a 3-month period
Access requirements: selected members of the old renoon ambassador program as well as new talent. The latter will be acquired through: advertisement on renoon social media, posting on Angelist or direct typeform link. All new talent will be assessed for talent based on a standard assignments.
Objective: Early careers program to enable them to progress into a career in the future whilst adding genuine value to the company/helping Renoon to grow.
Added value for renoon: Through a contracted agreement they will be obliged to create the content instead of us having to create lots of different challenges for them they will be contracted to create certain content which is suited to their skills and abilities
Reward upon completion of the program:

Modalities of contact:
All those selected to participate to the program will be required to attend a profiling interview to assign them to one of the 3 areas of interest in the renoon team: Editorial Team, Marketing team and Management. The Editorial team will be coordinated by the Blog Management intern (or until then the Organic Community Coordinator), under the supervision of the CEO, while the Content Creation team (from now on known as Renoon Gravity) will be supervised by the Generation Renoon Inter and pass on the material to the marketing division.
